Directions:  From the Woodgate intersection of Rt. 28, proceed east on Route 61/Bear Creek Road and continue approximately 1.5 miles.  Shortly after you cross over a creek (guardrails), you will see an abandoned white house (house number “1383”) on your left.  Turn left onto the dirt road immediately past the white house (“Adirondack Park”) and continue on the dirt road.  After the second “right bend” in the road (approximately 1.5 miles from the turnoff from Bear Creek Rd.), you will reach a “T” in the road.  The left side of the “T” is on this parcel.  You are at the 35 acre parcel.  (Google Maps: “1383 Bear Creek Road, Woodgate, NY  13494” to better understand the directions and where the “T” on the road and 35 acre parcel is located.)
